Double Wrap Foam Core
The #1 reason for a cover to fail and lose efficiency is water saturating the foam core. All our foam cores are heat sealed to protect the foam. To further extend the life of your cover we offer a double heat seal wrap providing a 12-mill protection.

The first part of the vinyl skin that usually fails is the hinge. Our reinforced hinge provides additional layers of vinyl and added stitching which helps protect the cover during each opening and closing. This helps extend the life of your cover.

Full Length Insulation
Full Seal Hinge means that we add an additional heat seal that covers the entire length of the cover hinge. This improves energy efficiency by insulating the entire hinge area, saving you money, especially during the winter months.

CUSTOM BUILT TO ORDER
A computerized CAD drawing is built for every cover so that both the exterior vinyl and interior foam core will fit snugly together and sit perfectly on your spa.
HEAT SEAL GASKETS
A thick padded gasket on each side prevents heat from escaping from the fold in your cover. A full-length heat seal along the entire cover hinge is available for added energy efficiency.
WE STITCH IT TWICE
Every Cover is double stitched with 40 points of reinforcement. The underside comes with an extra thick reinforced vinyl scrim providing protection from the chemical fumes rising from your water’s surface
THE HIDDEN ZIPPER
If your exterior vinyl becomes damaged it can easily be removed and replaced without having to replace the entire cover, along with dramatically reducing the cost of shipment.
20% THICKER VINYL
Our Vinyl Exterior is MADE IN USA has a negative 20 degree cold crack rating and is tested to 1500 UV hours. This means your cover will last longer, look better, and be easier to clean.
STEEL REINFORCED CORE
We use the highest-grade Virgin Foam (NO REGRIND ALLOWED) that contains no CFC’s or HFC’s to both protect the environment and your cover. The entire cover center hinge on both sides is reinforced with galvanized steel to protect it from sagging.
HANDLES THAT LAST
The first component to fail on competitor covers is the handle. So, we include added reinforced stitching at multiple points to prevent damage. All handles come in matching color vinyl.
HEAVY DUTY STRAPS & LOCKS
Reinforced straps to protect your cover from wind damage are standard, not optional. Plus, a new improved lock and key package is included, eliminating the need to use your original.

Your cover comes with a serial number so when it needs to be replaced it can be built identically to your original order without you needing to measure or remember the color
